Happy New Year!  All of us at Classic Hits 107-5, CCW wish you and yours all the best in 2012 and beyond.  We’re ringing out the old and ringing in the new with a special treat this weekend.  It’s our Number One Hits Weekend, spotlighting all the great classic hits that hit number one over the years.  It all starts at three this Friday afternoon, and goes all weekend.  We’re excited about doing it, and invite you to tune in for all the fun!

Wow!  2012 shaping up to be a huge year for concerts…We already know that Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, The Rolling Stones and Springsteen will all be touring next year…now comes word that The Beach Boys including Brian Wilson will celebrate their 5oth anniversary with a 50 date tour next year, plus a new album.

I’m on vacation the week before Christmas.  Sticking around the area, hanging out with my sons and my girlfriend.    I’ll do some Christmas Shopping, finally.  Maybe I’ll do some much needed home fix up stuff.  Don’t make any large bets on that.  Anyway, I hope you and yours have a wonderful Christmas.  I’ll be back on the 26th.  Wonder if we’ll have snow by then!
