General Rules For All WCCW Contests

1. Employees and family members of Midwestern Broadcasting (Referred to as "Station", WTCM, WCCW, WJZQ and WBCM) and Participating Sponsors are not eligible to win.

2. Only one person per family, per household may qualify to win.

3. Listeners may only qualify once. Those who qualify more than once will be removed from contest altogether.

4. Listeners can only qualify themselves. They may not "win" for someone else.

5. Each winner can win only once every 60 days.

6. Winners must agree to sign a "Release, Hold Harmless and Agreement not to Sue" prior to claiming some prizes. Winners agree to hold harmless radio station for any damages as a result of the prize won.

7. Winner understands they will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for any prize awarded over $600. Winner agrees to provide necessary information for said form.

8. Station will not trade prize won for any other prize.

9. Station is not liable for any damages resulting in winner's failure to pick up prize or use prize.

10. Winner agrees to allow Station the use of their name, photo, hometown, voice or any other information obtained from contestant in recorded promotional messages and on the Internet.

11. Winner agrees to make arrangements with Station for collection of prize. Failure to do so may result in loss of any or all said prize. Station is not liable for any said loss.

12. All decisions of Station are final.

13. Station reserves the right to change or modify any or all of the contest at anytime.

14. Winners agree not to sell, transfer or exchange any part of this prize with any other broadcast station or employee. If contacted, winner agrees to notify WCCW Radio within 24 hours of contact.

15.If any part of the rules are violated, Station reserves the right withhold prize or award it to another party of our choosing.

16. All winners must be 18. Some parts of the trips require a minimum age of 21. Station is not liable for any costs relating to a minor being denied access to an event due to a minimum age requirement.

17. Station reserves the right to qualify another person should we lose contact with the correct caller during the contest.

18. We will only accept calls on the station contest lines during on air contesting.

19. Winners may be responsible for costs related to some prizes. For more information contact Station.
